I had an amazing experience at W Salon & Spa with Riley as my hairstylist. The vibe was relaxed and welcoming. She's the kind of person you instantly feel comfortable around. She listened carefully to what I wanted, and then gave me realistic expectations about what could be achieved with my hair type. It's so refreshing to find a stylist who's upfront and doesn't just tell you what you want to hear. One thing that impressed me was how transparent Riley was about the pricing. She broke everything down before we even got started, so there were no surprises at the end. The salon was spotless and the whole experience was so perfect. I left feeling like a new person and can't wait to go back.

I love everything about this place. The vibe is real and they respect everyone who walks through the door. Before you can sign in. Someone is there to assist you with a smile.

Jett is the best for acrylics & I like going to Boi for great pedicures. They are always super kind & get to your appointments on time. I love this place & I drive from Coral Springs to get my nails done

Once you find a regular nail tech here, it's very smooth sailing! I never have to make an appointment more than a week out. I respect their time and show up a few minutes before my appointments and they never make me wait long. They take cash, card, even Zelle. I've never seen them turn away walk-ins either. I go to jet who has taken care of my nails for years! I've seen the work of other nail techs which all seem great. This plaza is also the perfect location to run errands if they're running a bit of a wait. I like to get my car washed, or stop at Ulta. 10/10

Ps. I love that I can drop my car off at the car wash/oil change business in the same Costco shopping plaza and get that done while I do my nails :) or sometimes I do a tire rotation at Costco. I love to get two things done at once.

This salon is undergoing new management changes. They've changed out all their massage chairs in their pedicure area. And replaced a lot of the furnishings for the nail area. They also offer brow services. My biggest complaint is with one nail technician in particular. Her name is Nancy. Whatever you do try to avoid her. She cut me 3 times, my nails look like hell and they still charged me the full price ($72.00) for new acrylics, gel nail polish and a regular pedicure. No recompense was offered. I had used this salon regularly prior to Covid. When I returned my nail tech, Giesel, was no longer working there. I'm sure that there are others who work there who are perfectly competent but Nancy is very hard to understand, she didn't know how to do oval shaped nails and just seemed very under educated in nail technology.

Danny and Nancy are awesome! Danny did my dip nails and Nancy did my pedicure. They are both perfectionists and really care that you like your set. ---- Prices: The gel pedi is $45 Dip nails is $40 ---- Tips must be in cash but they do have an ATM machine that charges $2.99.
